Presentation policy -

All Nursing staff are expected to adhere to the strict standards set out in our agency uniform policy as well as presenting a polite and professional manner at all times.
Female Enrolled and Assistant Nurses must wear navy trousers or skirts and the blue HNS blouse with red trim as provided by Help Nursing Service Pty. Ltd. Male Registered, Enrolled and Assistant Nurses must wear Navy or black trousers and blue shirt with embroidered HNS logo as provided by Help Nursing Service Pty. Ltd
Female Registered Nurses must wear navy or black trousers or skirts with blue HNS blouse and navy trim as provided by Help Nursing Service Pty. Ltd
Shoes worn must be black or navy blue in colour and MUST have non-slip soles preferably with laces. JOGGERS and/or steel capped boots are not permitted to be worn whilst on duty.
Photo identification as made by Help Nursing Service Pty Ltd and designated badges must be worn on safety lanyard also provided by HNS around neck at all times whilst on duty. ID cards will always displays the nurses full name, picture, designation and year of service. • Long hair must be tied back and kept tidy at all times whilst on duty. • Sculptured or long nails are not permitted at any time. Nails are to be kept short, clean and without polish. Jewellery – Wedding ring may be worn. Sleepers or studs for ears are permitted one in each ear only. Fob watch preferably. Wrist watch must be taken off when tending patients.
Our presentation policy is without compromise. Staff are expected to be in the correct uniform at all times whilst on duty. We encourage facilities to advise the office of any nurse that is not in the correct uniform.
