Performance Appraisals –
Help Nursing Service carry out regular performance appraisals on all nursing staff. These performance appraisals are our way of maintaining and continuously improving our high quality staff.
We value all our clients’ comments and appraisals. Every appraisal is screened by Help Nursing Service Directors Christeen and Bernadette Rossington.
At random the Help Agency office staff will fax through staff performance appraisals throughout the year. We endeavor to have at least 12 performance appraisals completed each year per nurse .
We ask you to complete these appraisals so that we can monitor the following points:-
* Manual Handling
* Clinical skill
* Interaction with clients/residents
* Work performance/ application
* Presentation
* Certificates of merit / commendations * Interpersonal skills
At any stage you can contact us to request a performance appraisal for a particular staff member for constructive feedback.
If an incident should occur at your facility involving one of our nurses you will be asked to complete an Incident/Complaint form. All written incident/complaint reports are view seriously and will be formally followed up by our nurse educator or Director of Nursing. Clients receive a written follow up on all incidents and complaints.
