Booking staff -


Booking staff is simple and effective:-

We prefer all bookings to be faxed through to our corporate office in office hours (on booking sheet provided by HNS) this way you will always have written confirmation of all allocated shifts by Help Nursing Service.

Once a fax has been received with the facilities nursing requirements, our allocations coordinator will return the fax immediately with the allocated nurses’ names. If we are unable to confirm the job immediately we will advise via phone the progress of the booking until it is confirmed.

Our After hours Allocations line is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. All bookings after hours are advised immediately of the name of the nurse that will be attending the facility. If we are unable to fill a request we will also advise immediately.

Our booking and confirmation process is without compromise. We pride ourselves on the ability to respond so quickly. Facility staff will by comforted by the fact that they will never be phoning a call centre and then will always speak to the same locally based allocators.

Sign on & off sheets -

At the beginning and end of each shift, our staff are required to sign on and off using Help Nurses Agency issued timesheets. We ask that all clients fax these sheets to Help Nurses Agency before 6pm each Wednesday. It is important that we receive these completed forms each week so that we can prepare your account accurately.
