Nurses –
We interview nurse applicants most days by appointment at our Head office in the inner western suburb of Burwood. Applicants will find our corporate office staff is friendly, professional and highly skilled in all aspects of agency nursing. We apply a strict set of standards to ensure all successful applicants are properly qualified and experienced to work their allocated shifts, as well as being adaptable to client needs and the culture of agency nursing.
After an application interview, the completion of all statutory and professional checks and the receipt of positive references,successful applicants are eligible to join our nursing team and start work placements.
Each nurse is required to contact our corporate office ever Wednesday to make known his/her availability roster for the following week. The Agency will call staff to advice of work placements. Every effort is made to find work that is conveniently located, though the nature of agency nursing means that staff will be expected to travel a reasonable distance for work placements.
Shifts cannot be guaranteed, but the success and reputation of HelpNursing Service with clients means that work is usually plentiful in most areas.Help nurses are expected to work competently and professionally for our client organisations at all times – our professional reputation has been founded on the ability and attitude of our nurses.
